Endo and Exoskeletons - Which Is Better?

Which is better, an exoskeleton or an endoskeleton and what are the disadvantages and advantages of having one.

Well we need to know what is an exo or endoskeleton.  Well an exoskeleton is what you would find them on something like an ant. An exoskeleton or external skeleton is on the outside of the body. Animals such as insects, spiders and crustaceans have external skeletons. The external skeleton of an insect is made of a substance called chitin. Animals with exoskeletons include all arthropods like insects, crustaceans and spiders and other invertebrate animals such as shelled mollusks. Shelled mollusks include snails, tusk shells, clams, nautilus and chitons. An exoskeleton is essentially an outer skeleton that protects and supports an animal's body. Now let’s talk about what’s good and bad about an exoskeleton. Well the exoskeleton provides an natural boney skin. Think of it like a coat of armor. A natural coat of armor but it does limit your movement. So, in a real life example the advantage would be that you're better protected against immediate attacks but you're so inflexible that if a large of an amount of pressure were to be put on a part on your exoskeleton you couldn't bend it and that whole regional structure would ultimately fail.
