Kids, adults, and senior citizen. They all need the best of care, and by coming to me, a Doctor of Osteopathic medicine (DO). They have a chance at a better life no matter what their condition is, I will fix it

Webster’s dictionary defines Osteopathy as system of medical practice based on a theory that diseases are due chiefly to loss of structural integrity which can be restored by manipulation of the parts supplemented by therapeutic measures (such as use of drugs or surgery). The definition defines the practice perfectly. A DO uses ways to help patience from massages to surgery to plant based medicine.

In the last report done by the Americas Osteopathic Association it was stated that in the u.s there are 96,954 DO's 56% are primary care and 44% are of a different specialty. The average salary of a DO is $289,000, the highest paid being Dr. James Andrews at $2,000,000 a year.

I interviewed a DO who is an OB/GYN and asked her what her job expectations where. She answered, "I have to be able to deliver babies do cee-sections and be able to take care of expecting mothers." A DO is a doctor who must be able to-do the work of their field and help people. Job expectations are hard to know in this job. You have to be able to do everything in your field or people will die.
