Induction Program is conducted for the fresher in the organization before their actual job begins. This is done to make a foundation for their work. It is a done to make the employees familiar with the work environment and also the colleagues they will be working with. During this process various factors like the company policies, work culture, competitor, etc. is explained to them. This proves useful for them to use the available resources in a proper manner while working in the business.

Induction Process

The process of induction begins when the right candidate are found for right job. By induction process employers can get the idea about capability and skills of the candidate and if they feel they can brush up some skills sets of candidate. Induction helps employees to feel every phase of environment of company and an accommodate within the company in short time.

Automobile sector is one of the largest sector for employment in India. It includes various departments like manufacturing, sales, after sales service, sales of spare parts etc. Thus due to these intricacies it is very important to conduct an Induction program.

The topics for the Induction training program include the following factors:

  • Personal hygiene and grooming:

This is one of the important factor in every possible field. Employees will be given a detailed process towards the above and made aware how important it is. The in depth knowledge and process of clothing, languages, hair do, gestures will be conveyed to the new comers.

  • Customer handling & communication skill

It is one of the core process of servicing process. In this stage candidates will be given a knowledge of customer handling and how to communicate with them. By using all the aspect above listed candidate can have a more confidence in customer dealing.
