Every Day Challenges
My everyday challenges bare my ambition. My challenges give me creation to my everyday frustrations. They give me inspiration and fuel to the power that’s in me, and gives me energy to do better. It makes me the professional landscaper that I am today. I am a co-manager at VisionScape Landscaping and SnowPlowing of Cleveland Ohio. I’ve been employed at this place of business for five years; I have also progressed in my work ethics in many ways. At VisionScape, our main key terms are precision, vision, and artistic abilities. Those three terms are required and are what is within a true professional landscape artist. At our company, our main goals are to receive the satisfaction of our customers and contract holders. We give them the trust and honor of knowing that when it comes to their landscape views, they are well provided for. There are times that I get frustrated in and out of work but not once have I thrown in the towel. When a frustration overwhelms me, I tend to take it out in my work that I do. Given my experience in this field had taught me patience and virtue. I say this because; it has taught me how to channel anger and frustration in positive ways. Given my young age in my point of view is remarkable. Financing, managing, teaching and training are all responsibilities upon me. The responsibilities that have been set upon me are in no way, shape, or form an easy task to average young males. They have all been taught to me by many wise and elderly men mentors of my life. VisionScape is not just a job for me, it is a privilege. It is a place of escape from everyday frustrations that carries on in my life. In conclusion, I’m stating how being a landscaper is more than cutting grass. It is a remarkable skill technique and also a teachable skill as well. Our business was built in a foundation of honor to serve and meet the desired need of our customers and contract holders. Given our commitment in time and effort, we state that this all is done in practice. So as I stated before, my frustrations feed my ambition.
