For library deans I get along with others pretty well. I can communicate with peers calmly and didactically to lead them to the right way. Old girl new girl head is a really interesting and important leadership. I am good at marching people into pairs according to their habits, interests. And I really want to do well on this job, I will be glad if new freshmen will have their perfect old girls.
During this semester the Chinese Language Culture club had a fantastic dinner to all the members of foxcroft community. We achieved a big success. I am responsible for the food part; I came up the menu and researched online to find out the way to cook them better. I thought the food is tasty and accepted by the people who came and eat. To me this was a big challenge, and fortunately I did well on it. This demonstrates my leadership skills.
Most of the time I am friendly to people and always have smiles on my faces. But leader needs to be strict to others sometimes so that she can lead the people. Leaders need to make the people under them become good listeners, so sometimes be strict to others is important and necessary. I will try to be strict to others when I have the responsibility.
I want to be known as a nice but also responsible leader at Foxcroft. These two parts are the most important to me as being a leader. I finish my own job successfully and get others’ praise for being a good leader is enough for me.
