I, Mawu Y. Barham, am the employer of Mfiti Young. I am writing in response to your request of Ms. Young’s gross wages and withholdings and to provide you with my contact information.
In order to keep the upkeep of my working environment for my clientele; deducted is a set amount of $10.00 from Ms. Young’s bi-weekly pay, if she makes between $150.00 - $200.00 a pay period. If Ms. Young makes less than $150.00- $200.00, the amount of $5.00 is only deducted from her pay. However, for the pay period of 2012 year – Ms. Young withholdings were no more than $65.00 /Ms. Young for she was on a LOA (Leave Absence) for a High-Risk pregnancy. At the end or beginning of the year, I deduct $40.00 for Ms. Young’s shampoo tech license, and a 20% deduction for hair products/supplies; in which she can provide you with a receipt, assuming Ms. Young still have her receipts for the 2012 year.
