Type of operation

KFC restaurant is a fast food restaurant, also known as a quick service restaurant (QSR) within the industry, is a specific type of restaurant that serves fast food cuisine and has minimal table service. The food served in fast food restaurants offered from a limited menu, cooked in bulk in advance and kept hot, finished and packaged to order, and usually available for take away, though seating may be provided. Fast food restaurants are typically part of a restaurant chain or franchise operation that provisions standardized ingredients and partially prepared foods and supplies to each restaurant through controlled supply channels.

Days and hours of operation

KFC Dungun opens their restaurant everyday  about 19 hours a day which is on 8 a.m until 3 a.m from Saturday  to Thursday. In Friday, they close their operation about 2 hours during lunch hour which from 12 pm until 2 pm in order to respect towards Muslim’s praying time.

Mode of service

KFC Dungun serves their services in both online and offline mode. Customer can choose whether want to order online and pick up on their own or deliver by KFC runner or customers can come to the restaurant for having the experience on their own. This is the ways that they uses in order to attract more people to buy their products.

KFC Dungun provides 115 seats and 23 tables for their customers at the upstairs of the restaurant which include table for two, four, five and six peoples.
