I do agree with this statement, but does it always work out this way? If you get caught speeding, or doing something that you are not supposed too, you need to take the consequences. People might think it is wrong to take consequences because have a reason why they are doing it. For example stealing, some say they do it because they do not have the money to buy it, others do it to see if they can get away with it. If they get caught either way both should be punished the same.
