Future of Young Women

Some women plan to Ў§get their microbiology PhD or their law degreeЎЁ as Margaret Wente points out in her article Ў§Neil French is (mostly) rightЎЁ. They also Ў§plan to find a cure for AlzheimerЎ¦s or lead the fight for womenЎ¦s rights in the Third WorldЎЁ (Wente). In the past, most of these tasks were performed by men; however, this situation is now changing. Thus, increasing chances of education pave the way for womenЎ¦s success.

Apart from increasing chances of education, womenЎ¦s capability in work also contributes to their bright future significantly. In Keith McArthurЎ¦s article Ў§Criticism of womenЎ¦s fitness for top jobs causes international stirЎЁ, Neil French claims that Ў§you canЎ¦t be a great creative director and have a baby and keep spending time off every time your kids are ill.ЎЁ He believes women cannot do the job. Many people think that women cannot maintain a balance between family and work. However, Margaret Wente points out that some women Ў§see no contradiction between family and a high-powered career.ЎЁ True, many women are engaging in professional work
