Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone National Park has 3,470 square miles of the Rocky Mountains in northwest Wyoming. It was the World's first national park created in 1872, and both the second largest in america next to alaska and the fifth most visited. It would be even more popular because of its remote location and limited visitor season. The northern location and high elevation over 7500 feet .the park is open for only seven months a year though it still partially accessible at other times for snow activities.

Yellowstone is based on a combination of three things . First, are the ten thousand small water valcanos also know as , geysers, hot springs, fumaroles, and mud pots, which are found over one third of the park, in a area that was several thousand years ago part of the of a huge volcano.
