Social Media Marketing
The two social media marketing companies I chose to look into are Salesforce and Brandwatch. Both of these companies make their clients social media management easier to access and use.
Salesforce has three different packages offering multiple different things. The first package is called Lightning Professional and costs $75/month. With this package, clients get case management, service contracts and entitlements, a single service console app, web and email response, social customer service, lead, contact, account management, order management, opportunity tracking, chatter collaboration, customizable reports and dashboards, CTI integration, mobile access and administration, limited number of processes, record types, profiles, and role permission sets, unlimited apps and tabs, and salesforce identity. The next package up is called Lightning Enterprise, costs $150/month and offers thirteen more features. The most advanced expensive package is the Lightning Unlimited and costs $300/month including all Professional features, Enterprise features, and nine more.
