Essay title: Bad Fitness Reflection

To be honest, before I started P.E I didn't really acknowledge being fit. I wasn't aware of what being fit really meant. More along the lines of what it's "stereotyped" to be (being skinny, working out and losing weight.) However, during these past couple weeks I've come to realize that being fit is so much more. It changes your life completely in many ways. It gives you a whole different outlook on life, makes you more aware and happy; makes simple every day activities anything but a chore. Being fit is vital, especially at my age where as I can be doing so much more with myself. And this, is what I plan to do. To be fit, not just for this semester - but for the long run.

Of course, It's easy to talk. Looking at my results just proves that I am VERY out of shape, actually my BMI is at 18 which states that "It's time to reduce your chance of developing health-problems." That basically says a lot about my fitness level and well-being. First time that we had tried push-ups, I was terrible! I was already huffing and puffing only for a minute's time. However, a few times after I can see myself slowly improving. Crutches I did about 12; not too good but I'm sure if I'll be doing them every warm up I'll get better over time. I'm not a flexible person at all, either. I don't know if I have a short upper body or if I just have long legs. Most likely my muscles need to be stretched, I'd like to hope. The beeper test to be honest, was the most intimidating thing I have ever done. After very few rounds I'm already tired and get cramps, I got a level 3. I hope to boost it up to a level 6... I will try! I won't be too disappointed if I don't get it straight on, but as long as I know I've pushed myself till I could no
