Essay title: Pizza Shop

When it comes to the environment or location of the shop, there are a couple of things to think about. An example of a few of these would be; surrounding shops, surrounding homes, ethnicity of people in the area, kinds of surroundings are available within a mile or a two mile radius? There are other things that would need to be thought over when deciding on the location of a pizza parlor. If this is a working district then you can almost bet that most of your business would be around lunch time. If it was a home area or neighborhood, then you may get more business in the evening from people ordering for dinner. The best scenario would be if you had both areas within a mile or so from your place of business. This would help for both lunches and dinner time schedules. The stress level of this case scenario would be almost nothing. Most mom and pop business’s live and die by location. You would be able to concentrate on other areas of your pizza shop at that point. Another factor to take into consideration is; are there any other food shops that may take away from your business? McDonalds, or Jack in the Box, even a Domino’s pizza could be a potential hazard to you small pizza shop. If this is the case then you would have to plan on making it worth wild for people to come to your place of business instead of going elsewhere. From this we have to contend with advertisement. This would also bring about stress. Who should we get to do our advertisement and what would be the cost? Also would it be cost effective?
