Group Health Cooperative Health plan offers an In-network plan with great doctors at maximum savings, and out-of-network plans with great doctors, and plenty of them. As a large group employer, they have a wide variety of health care choices.

- Health Management Organization (HMO) with in-network plan with maximum savings.

- Out of Network Plan can be available

- Eligibility for all full time and part time employees

- Premiums starting as low as $1500.00 per member

- Copay and co-insurance at 20 and 80 ratio

- Deductible at $250 per member or $750 per family

- Stop Loss $1500 per member or $3000 per family

- Out of Pocket Expense $2500 per member or $3000 per family

CIGNA Healthcare Plan offers in-network plan with a great team of doctors inside their network, Open Access and Open Access Plus, POS, and PPOs to choose from. As a large group employer, they also offer a wide variety of health care services.
