The most appealing story that I get from the Minoan Civilization is about Minotaur. He’s son of Pasiphae who has sex with bull, due to her husband Minos reject to give ransom to Poseidon. Minotaur is a creature half human and half bull, which is quite interesting. Does this kind really exist in this world or it just a myth? It also turns out, that Minotaur life quite sad and boring. Spending his times locked up in the labyrinth and in the end he was killed by man named Theseus. In search, I found out Minotaur known by its proper name, Asterion. Asterion is Minos’ foster father. In addition, this era has a lot of goddess such as great mother goddess. Women’s statuses start to increase again.
