LG seems to be pursuing international strategy for its growth. the case does not talk about the present organizational structure for LG, what structure do you propose is likely to go well with LG’s existing strategy considering they are gearing up to launch a wholehearted effort to enter developed markets especially Europe and America.

Q2. LG has followed policy of premium pricing based on product quality and after sales service in developing countries, do you think strategic/ dynamic incremental pricing would be a viable option for LG during its push for developed markets? and why

Q3. In EM which strategy seems viable when weighing between anticipatory internationalization vs anticipatory globalization. Plz answer in the prospective of LGs venture in EM.

Q 4. Please offer your views on the brick and mortar strategy implemented by LG in india and do you think same strategy is workable in China as well.

Q 5: What were the  strengths of Korean electronics industry during the formative years? and do you agree that these strengths (in consumer electronics) result in theory of national competitive advantage for south korea?

Q 8. The dream of any country is to enter developed market. The strategy being followed to concentrate on BRIC while ignoring developed markets and and leaving room for other competitors to play in dev markets needs revisiting. Plz comment
