Focus groups provide qualitative information from a specific target audiences, Pinewood hotel uses focus groups to gather information which can then be used for decision making and developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

  1. Interviews

Interviews are used by Pinewood to find out what customers opinions are of their products and services. They want to find out what customers think of their hotel so that they can make changes to the hotel so that it can be better than before.

  1. Customer Surveys

Pinewood Hotel uses customer surveys to make marketing decisions like how they can improve on their services. They consider customer feedback and take into account their opinions. They want to find out what customers think about their company and how it compares to their competitors.
