ok i will show you how to speed up windows xp

if you are having kbps problems which is basically in another word slow then this topic will help you speed up windows.

ok first one will be to use defragment and disk clean up.

what are they you might ask...

well these are kind of like applications that create storage in your system moving files to differernt location or just simply moving them to correct locations which will create more storage.

what is disk clean up...

well disk clean up just get's rid of the temperary internet files. these are images text files etc that you get when visiting websites or download software video's of some sort... you no what i mean and yes them kind of video's can be dangerous to your system.

well ok here is the first step for defragment.

1:

go to Start and click on control panel like so.

once on control panel which will look something like this or the same as this.

then click on performance and maintenance. like so..

once on here click on "free up space to clean hard disk"

then it will do the rest of the work from there...

now to do the defragment process go back into control panel and into performance and maintenance. and click on "rearrange items in your hard disk to make programs run faster"
