Human Resource Management is an essential function in an organization. Human Resource mainly deals with the management of the employees in an organization includes employee recruitment, training, developing the performance and rewarding in an organization. In this project we’re discussing about an organization in India that is, Reliance Industries Limited one of the largest companies in India.

Reliance Industries limited is one of the largest companies in India. This company was actually co-started by Dhirubhai Ambani and his cousin Champaklala Damani in 1960s.

In 2013 this company got 99th rank on Global Fortune 500 biggest companies around the world. Twenty percentages of the total India’s exports are being contributing by this company (Reliance Industries Limited). This Company is also named as “Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group”. Reliance is working in many Business sectors in India such as Textiles, Super markets, Petroleum products, Petrochemicals, Production, Natural resources, Construction, Health, Science, Logistics and many other. By the capitalization of market, Reliance is ranked as the second largest company in India. In 1965, there was an end to the partnership and after that Dhirubhai started running it alone.
