In today’s competitive business, organizations globally are faced with a multitude of challenges, both internally and externally (Harris, 2000). The positive aspect of external challenges is that it makes the organization to keep revolving in order to initiate change so as to remain competitive in the marketplace. Competition creates innovative thinking and by strategizing business objectives, external issues can be managed. On the other side, internal issues that create problems within organization are related to management, organization structure, company policy and human resource or employee issues. Nevertheless, internal issues are manageable and with proper study, we will be able to identify the true reasons and address them. This study proves that internal issues concern mainly on the relationship between the employer and the employee. A motivated employee is always a committed employee towards organization growth.

Satisfaction is difficult to measure as every individual has different satisfaction level in all human characteristics (Kabir & Parvin, 2011). Just as how we are faced with so many obstacles in our daily live, so is it to be expected in the working environment with the myriad of work related problems. Job satisfaction in an organization can be measured through surveys (Spector, 1985), interviews and by sheer observation. By identifying the root cause of dissatisfaction amongst employees, employers would then be able to find a remedy and improve on the weaknesses if any. Identifying the root cause is the most important task before a solution may be drafted. It is important and worthwhile even to attend to employee problems immediately as otherwise this could weaken the employee’s dedication resulting in lack of cooperation, lack in concentration
