Remodeling and flooring solutions is a solid organization, which primordially focuses in the customer's service, quality and always the best prices. This is my firs research that I made to understand my new job. Travel to another part of the world, an island country of kava is my first assignment in my new job after my first week of training. Traveling to the island of Kava was not what I expected, but I am positive that I can do my best to make this project work and be successful for me and the company that had the confidence on me and in the same time put me in front of this project.

Doing my research about Kava and I found out that this city has many natural disasters and many people here usually have damages in their homes and in their business. This is the reason for remodeling and flooring to be in this island. To make this project work we need to focus in our corporation first. When I arrived to kava I found that there is a mess in the whole city but primordially we need to clean our corporation.

The office in kava is disorganized Alex have a disaster around the office and we need to start with organize al the paperwork that is everywhere, after that Alex need to think critically to help me to achieve the goals. We need to find a location were our company have less risk for the disasters. Like the floods I mean to find a place the highest possible. We need to work with our suppliers to explain the situation in kava and get the best prices possible because as we know there is an inexpensive quality labor.
