Apart from the lyrics, the videos show amazing differences between the “whites” and “blacks”, as well as astonishing differences in their portrayals of women. Overall, the country videos portray women as objects of love and affection from the men singing about them. The rap videos on the other hand seem to objectify women and they are portrayed as merely objects of sexual desires.
