Dear Dean Joe Brown:

I would like to state first off how much our company enjoys having your students visit us as part of our college recruiting program, and how much we look forward to seeing as well as interviewing more of the outstanding students your college has to offer.

However, the main reason you received this letter is in regards to a recent visit by a participating student in our college recruitment program. A rather large bill was received by our department due mainly to expenses that accumulated from a rather extended use of room service and assorted snacks from the hotel room fridge. As you know, we generously cover the expenses of these interview trips in order to encourage your fine student’s interest in our company. We provide them with hospital hotels and room service in order to make their visit as comfortable as possible. Some of these students may be unaware of certain types of interview etiquette that sometimes are overlooked; and therefore certain privileges, such as this, can be abused without the individual being aware of it.
