Pokemon is popular among many Asia countries, such as China,Japan,and Malaysia especially Singapore. As we know, Singapore is the biggest tourism country in Southeast Asia. In the current year, more and more tourists choose Singapore as a great traveling place. Thus, related developed tourism, it is necessary to develop a Pokemon themed hotel in Singapore. This report will discuss how to renovation a Pokemon theme in the hotel and what technology to be use in themed rooms, also the feasibility study, key issues of property development, target market for the hotel, legislation and technology.

4.0 Concept and Design

  Hotel needs to focus on the furniture and interiors of the hotel, the hotel needs some basic facilities in the themed room such as plenty of Pokemon Stuffed Toys, Television, Wifi, Hair dryer and Toiletrie.

A)Location

The location of the hotel is locates at Sentosa which is at the southern Singapore. There is two reasons why chosen Sentosa. Firstly cable car, Sentosa express and bus is very convenient for travelers to come. Secondly, Sentosa is an integrated resort island, there include one of Singapore’s tow casinos, Universal Studios theme park, S.E.A Aquarium and the FestiveWalk Shopping mall.

B)Target market

Pokemon themed hotel open in Sentosa, the target market is focused on travelers young people who love and care about Pokemon,including locals and families. For a great example, there are hundreds of people turned up at Bugis Junction, because they waited the first Pokemon themed cafe opening in Singapore, the Pokemon Cafe attracted lots of visitors.
