I would like to be a better teammate and train myself to work with each other in a more efficient and effective way, as to prepare for my future career. Also, it would be an opportunity to broaden my inter-personal and communication skills by cooperating with colleagues from different universities.
I believed that the internship programs offered by CLP would offer me a chance to put what I have learnt in school into practice and gain working experience. It would be my pleasure to be one of the candidate selected and have the chance of participating in different projects in such a large and well-known company in Hong Kong. I strongly believe that I will be more mature when facing challenges and able to handle knotty problems after taking part in your company’s program.
My first career goal is to have a comprehensive growth. There is no limit for the growth of an individual for a job, no matter which position you are in. We cannot just sit there and doing nothing if you want to get promoted. In such competitive society, everyone is upgrading their own value. If you slow down, then you lose. However, growth does not happen overnight, we should be dedicated and serious about our job. Perseverance is also an essential criterion to achieve comprehensive growth.
My second career goal is to do well in management in various aspects. For example, good time-management would increase my reliability. Good inter-personal relationship management would help a lot when working with colleagues. Thus, having good management skills would equip myself to be a leader of myself and the company.
