Cheese Cake

When I was younger I remember jumping out of my bed rushing into the kitchen to help my mother make the best cheese cake you would ever taste. The smell of the cheese cake is sweet, and the flavor and texture is unique. I wanted to learn how to make this cheese cake myself so that my family would enjoy the wonderful taste of a passed on creation, so i asked my mother to teach me how to make her famous cheese cake.

Everyone has their own way of making cheese cake. My moms way of making  cheese cake is by using the following ingredients; Philadelphia cream cheese, daisy sour cream , eggs, condensed milk, and a hint on vanilla extract. All of these ingredients should be put into a bowl and mixed together. This batter should be welled mixed but not over beaten. 

The next step would be pouring the batter into a 10 inch pan, inside of where we have made our own graham cracker crust. Our graham cracker crust is made out of sugar,  melted butter, ground cinnamon, and grounded graham crackers.

After the batter is poured into the pan the oven should be set at 350 degrees where you would let the cheesecake bake for about 35 to 45 minutes. While you wait you can enjoy the fantastic sweet smell of the cheesecake baking that will make your mouth water. You will know your cheesecake is ready when the top is golden. Once the cheese cake is taken out of the oven let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature. The cheese cake should be cooled down before entering the refrigerator.
