The front cover is dominated with a picture of an average classroom but one of the children in the class has been cut out. The picture relates to the title “Is your child missing out?” because the child who has been cut out of the picture is literally missing from the classroom and they are missing out on their education. The writing on the front is a variety of colours; red, blue and black so you do not necessarily focus on one thing. This will either make the reader read all the information because it is different or it will make the reader think that only some of the information is important and read that piece of writing.

On the inside of the front cover it explains what the purpose of leaflet in white writing on a light blue background which is easy to read and too garish. It basically says “for anyone with a child at school” this tells you that the
