My Personal Brand

My name is Lindsay Medeiros, and I am a creative thinker with a vivid imagination. My optimistic outlook on life proves that I am comfortable with change.

Work Values

It is important to learn how to do new things, for a challenge. Challenging myself prepares me to be more adaptable within the workplace. In order to work efficient as a team I need to understand what everyone has strengths in. Creating and achieving goals motivates me. To set goals is great but to achieve them is even better. Personal success is very important to me.

Contribution to Life

I have dedication to whatever I do because, I value my abilities. If there is a problem I find solutions best when I keep an open mind and explore different ideas.  I contribute to a workplace environment by having a professional look and behavior. I look speak, and dress accordingly to maintain an image of someone who takes pride within themselves.

Networking Towards Success

As a former cosmetic manager, I was able to lead a team to profitability and sales goals.  I was given the opportunity to use my creativity, for events that resulted in higher sales. I have assisted in setting up two stores where both had well laid out openings. Both stores had a double digit sales increase over the budget expectations. Impressing vendors with higher profits is what led me towards a good reputation. Having a good reputation, and people skills has helped me network in my hometown community.
