This is my science project. I compared cells to foot ball players. This is the list I used to describe the cells.

1. The nucleus is the control centre, it controls where all of the cell go. I chose this cell to be the quarterback because the quarterback control where he throws the ball or who he throws the ball to.

2. The chromosomes are found inside cells, They contain genetic info.                        I chose this cell to be the playbook book because it stores all the plays that the players do in a game.

3. The cell membrane is like a gate keeper ,It control the nutrients, material and waste that goes into and out the cells. I chose this cell to be the centre because the centre protects the quarterback ,He could either let the other team attack him or he could protect him so they could score.

4. The cytoplasm allows material to be quickly transported around structures in a cell. I chose it to be the wide receiver because the wide receiver catches the ball and runs around the opposite team to get a touchdown.  Almost like the cytoplasm.

       5. The cell wall protects the plant cells from germs and bacteria. I chose them to be the RT, RG, LT and LG. they block the centre and the quarter back. I chose the cell wall to be them because they both protect the star players.

6. The chloroplast contain a substance that activates photosynthesis which pant cells have, so it gives plants their green colour. I chose it to be the coach because just like the chloroplast the coach give the player instructs and he trains them which helps them get better.
