The films Unprecedented: the 2000 Presidential Election, Uprooted, Tragedy in the Holy Land and Bowling for Columbina are the video that we have been watched in the class. These four films are all somewhat relate to our discussion about Human Rights. The first film Unprecedented is the riveting story about the battle for the Presidency in Florida and the undermining of democracy in AmericaThe. Second film uprooted is about three stories of immigrants who left their homes in Bolivia, Haiti, and the Philippines after global economic powers devastated their countries, only to face new challenges in the United States. These powerful stories raise critical questions about U.S. immigration policy in an era when corporations cross borders at will. Third film Tragedy in the holy land is about few films about the Middle East view history through the lens of the Palestinians, even though they are the poeple whose history and daily reality lie at the heart of events in the region. The last film "Bowling for Columbine"
