Making Models Meaningful (chapter one page 16)

The Element that was most affected was the message between the sender and the receiver (myself). I just started a new job at Ross, I was trying to talk to my new boss Katie, she was telling me what I needed to do, so my department was clean. I could not understand what she was saying to me, because we where so far apart the nosie in the store drowned out what she had said. Both Katie and myself should have moved closer to one another instead of trying to talk over all the noise in the store. It would have made the situation better and work more productive.

PROCEDURE:

The procedure was looking back in a recent past experience where communication was a problem. Then to explain what the problem was, then state a possible solution the identified problem.
