The purpose of our business plan is to provide our investors a clear understanding of our business venture and to attain a secure funding towards our business. Our business mission is to provide healthy bakeries / foods for customers everywhere, anywhere and anytime they want. The motto of our business is “A Taste of Perfection”, which means all of our bakery are baked following our secret, unique recipe and baked to perfection.

We are venturing into the bakery industry where we will be providing healthy bakery for everyone. Our main targeting customers are workers and also old folks who is concern about their health. We will be forming a limited liability company as we will be running this business in a long run. The founder of the bakery will be Jowy Yap, partnering with Aaron Yeo, Yap Jun Een, Wong Kah Min and Yee Min Zhi. The positions of CEO and directors will be occupied by the four of us.

The threats of new entrants for the bakery industry is high, hence, to overcome this problem, we will be focusing on differentiation of product. Our business strategy is to provide healthy bakery for customers to provide them with a healthy lifestyle. Besides that, we will be providing a unique service which other competitors have not implemented just yet, which is the drive-thru service. We provide customization of cake as one of our service too.

Our bakery products will have a wide range of France and Italian
