PART 1

INTRODUCTION

In entrepreneurship, wealth becomes relative. He was just an innate product of a business orientation when he got achievement. Human performance who wants to actualize themselves in an independent life, there is a businessman who has been successful and wealthy, but they never put themselves as the people who lived in luxury, and there are also people who actually not rich but they look so glamorous with jewelry and nice clothing that is very striking.


        Then that wealth will eventually return to each individual. State of poor and rich, successful fail, rise and fall is a condition that can occur anytime in the life of an entrepreneur, no matter how great he is. Because entrepreneurial science just outlined that a good entrepreneur is a person who is not arrogant when he successes and never give up when they fall.


        In the new governance era, the government realized that in order to develop the nation and the state, the role of the private sector should be involved in the community seriously. Therefore, entrepreneurial start the campaign, with different emphasis that the job will not be able to accommodate the number of labor force from year to year more and more bloated. Furthermore, the small entrepreneurs nurtured the hope of developing a milestone in economic support in the future. Major employers given the ease, because they are now major players that support the government's job in the economic sector. As a developing country it is understandable that occur excesses and irregularities. With community non-entrepreneurial background and tends feudalistic, the Indonesian people seem less prepared in various aspects. In the transition period from the nature of bureaucracy to a fast paced business climate, entrepreneurship race caused the Indonesian businessmen oversized in its facets are very important, such factors mental attitude (attitude), motivation, work ethic and dedication to the consciousness        of the nation.


        Each activity has a weight of competition, requiring sharpness instinct. A hunter requires instinct to compete with his quarry. Likewise in the world of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs compete not only with rival companies, but also to the circumstances and specific situations, such as monetary and economic, political, changes in government policy. To be able to anticipate any developments that might occur, an entrepreneurship need to train their entrepreneurial instincts, to always be ready to face any case and keep survive.


        The nature of being an entrepreneur means that you fully embrace ambiguity and are comfortable with being challenged regularly. Choosing this career path is completely irrational because the odds of succeeding are dismal, but most succeed because of their unwavering belief, laser focus on delivering and persistence.

         Starting a company is a riveting roller coaster of emotions with tremendous highs and at times, difficult lows, but one thing that always helps me through the ups and downs is to connect with some of the greatest minds.

Charles Webber: 1970, says that to be a developed country , the minimum required 2 % community of large employers and 20 % of medium and small business community , and of course to be able and willing to become entrepreneurs indispensable stimulus macro and micro as well as the talents of leadership on citizens in a country. So, How is the condition of entrepreneurship, leadership and motivation anything that encourages small businesses to entrepreneur? For this reason this paper was written.

ENTREPRENEUR

              An entrepreneur is one of the important segments of economic growth. Basically he is a person responsible for setting up a business or an enterprise. In fact he is one who has the initiative, skill for innovation and who looks for high achievements. He is a catalytic agent of change and works for the good of people. He puts up new green field projects that create wealth, open up many employment opportunities and leads to the growth of other sectors.
