Relationship between transformational leadership and rewarding organizational culture and climate

The purpose of the article:

The purpose of this article is to explore the relationship between types of managers / leaders (design, rewards, sit down and place), and perceptions among employees that organizational climate - with me in the organization.

The main argument that I would like to offer is:

Type of organization and how the leader is perceived by his employees, has significant effects on their perceptions of access

Employees regarding ethical climate - organizations in the organization. In other words - the managers are a type of leaders, which are used as models for positions on the moral. As such, they have influence on the formation of the atmosphere climate organization with me, for better or worse that can affect the behavior of employees to various stakeholders within and outside the organization.

I believe the type of leadership within the organization could have an impact on organizational culture and climate with me - organizations, as well as the ability of managers to be a deliberate and leads on corporate ethics.

Therefore, I review topics are leadership, organizational culture, organizational climate and organizational climate in general about ethics in particular.

Leadership
